Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver high-quality telecommunications projects.
· Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure project success.
· Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project phases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
· Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree even better.
· A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
· Proven track record of managing large-scale telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
